Thats right, we tend to forget that fat is actually needed by the body for several important functions
including production of hormones such as testosterone . Experienced trainers will tell you they build more muscle when they
take in some saturated fat in their daily diet. The real enemy is not fat or even simple sugar its OURSELVES . If you take
in too much or overindulge in any one type of food u will have problems. too much saturated fat leads to increase risk of CHD
and too much simple sugar leads to weight gain and possible diabetes but as already stated fat is needed for hormones , healthy
nerves, etc ..and simple sugar is needed for quick energy after a workout and glucose is the only energy form
used by the brain!....if u eat to much of anything u will have problems . Nature has provided a whole range of nutrients for
us to use so the bottom line is :
USE DONT ABUSE your food
